Building Fabric Manager - Birmingham
We have an immediate vacancy for a Building Fabric Manager in Birmingham for 2-3 months- Building Fabric Manager
- Birmingham
- £250 day
- Healthcare Hospital
Duties:
- Support Supervisory Team with expertise on queries they cannot resolve (Building, Fabric, Flooring, Fire Doors etc)
- Strong Technical Management background
- Client Liason
- Hospital experience desirable but not essential
- Managing Subcontractors
- Direct Report (Supervisor who has a team of 5 direct reports)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must have management experience within Facilities maintenance environment
- Must have building fabric background
- Healthcare hospital experience (advantage)
- Must be available to start immediately
