**Location:** Darlington
**Salary:** £34,581 per annum
**Hours:** 37.5-hour week (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
**Contract:** Permanent
Join a Leading Team as a Maintenance Electrician!
Are you a skilled maintenance electrician seeking a rewarding opportunity? Our client is on the lookout for a talented professional to join their dynamic team, maintaining and improving their medical estate buildings.
What You'll Do:
- Perform general repairs on lights and lamps
- Conduct PAT Testing on specified equipment
- Test emergency lighting and fire alarms
- Replace switches and sockets
- Install additional sockets and make minor changes to ring mains
- Repair and replace data cables
- Install new IT points
- Maintain or replace damaged property (within electrical remit)
What We're Looking For:
- **Qualifications:**
- Time-served Electrician
- 18th Edition Certification
- NVQ Level 3
- Clean UK driving licence
- **Attributes:**
- Looking for a stable, full-time position with a 37.5-hour workweek
- Interested in working on a static site
- Able to pass a Standard DBS check
