Commercial Manager
Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with a passion for driving success in PFI contracts? We're seeking a talented individual to join a leading Facilities Management Organisation on a national scale.
Role Overview:
- Commercial Manager
- Nationwide
- £75,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Additional Benefits: Car Allowance, Hybrid Working Arrangements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of PFI contracts, ensuring financial performance, risk mitigation, and contractual compliance.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to negotiate contract terms, resolve disputes effectively, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Utilize financial analysis and market insights to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews and audits to maintain regulatory compliance and uphold contractual obligations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Commercial Manager role, preferably within the PFI sector.
- Strong understanding of contract management principles, commercial negotiations, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes and exceeding targets.
