PFI Facilities Manager
We are looking for an PFI Facilities Manager/Contract Manager in London to work on PFI Contracts across London. The ideal candidate will be based close to Twickenham. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility of working from home and from site.
Summary:
- PFI Facilities Manager
- £40000 + bonus
- London/Twickenham
- Site based with potential to work from home 1 day/week
- PFI Facilities Management Contracts
Duties
- Support the General Manager as required in the delivery of obligations under the Management Services Agreements, including support for PFI contract management
- Provide line management, Contract management and facilities management
- Assist the General Manager in the correct application of contractor and facilities management sub-contractor performance monitoring regimes
- Providing efficient and timely management and administrative support to the General Manager(s) in all aspects of managing the projects.
- Management of office communications and documentation, liaison with Service Providers and Authority/Trust Staff to ensure an effective level of service is maintained.
Qualifications requirement's
- Previous Facilities Management experience working on PFI contracts
- Contract management experience essential
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent Organisation skills
- Working knowledge and experience of PFI contracts
