Role:
Electrical Project Manager
Salary:
£70k per annum incl car allowance
Location:
Sunderland
The package:
Paid travel expenses
24 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
Discretionary last Friday of the month off (possible additional 12 days annual leave)
£5k retention bonus on 12 months service
The Role:
We are working with an expanding M&E contracting organisation looking for an electrical project manager to deliver a site-based power and lighting project based in Sunderland.
The company self-deliver most of the work and uses specialist subcontractors and price work subcontractors on packages.
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
Must have a time-served apprenticeship electrical apprenticeship if not holding the above
Strong time management skills
Strong people skills
Strong commercial skills
The role will suit somebody hungry to progress with an ever-expanding order book of strong and stable clients.
