An exciting new role for a Site Administrator has become available with one of the UK's leading Building Services companies based in Preston.
What you'll be doing:
As a Site Administrator, you will have the following accountabilities:
Support site teams by carrying out a full range of administration duties
Ensure operational paperwork is to company standards
Prepare, organise and store information as per business policy and procedures
Liaise with subcontractors to ensure required training certificates are received in advance of site inductions
Ensure adequate stocks of PPE and stationery.
Initial contact with new visitors to site
Organisation of accommodation & travel arrangements for engineers
Manage the booking and use of meeting rooms
Who we're looking for:
Secretarial and/or administrative experience
Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Highly organised and able to work on own initiative.
Strong and confident communicator
Excellent team working skills, and be able to build relationships at all levels.
Ability to work well under pressure and in tight timescales.
Very strong customer focus
Experience working in the Construction Industry is desirable
Due to the nature of the site, the following checks will be made upon offer of the role:
- An Enhanced DBS background check
- Employment reference checks
- Right to work in the UK checks
