Our client, a leading Building Services provider is currently looking for an experienced working Mobile Supervisor to join their team.

The role involves actively working on-site and also supervising a team of three engineers to provide reactive and planned maintenance for commercial office spaces in Manchester, Warrington, and Liverpool.

The Role:

• Be a working Supervisor for a small team and undertake the planned and reactive maintenance tasks on various maintenance and installation works
• Ensure compliance with the specification, PPM, schedules and procedures, complete paperwork records and provide quotations for outstanding actions.
• Liaising with clients daily ensuring to communicate and update regularly on outstanding work orders and quotations.
• Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Manage the procurement and inventory of materials and equipment needed for the building maintenance and repairs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in building services, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• To respond to call-out requests to ensure clients' systems are not prejudiced and to maintain the continuity of operation as far as practical circumstances will allow.
• To report, quote and act upon failures and faults.
• To be efficient, a great communicator, self-motivating, polite of smart appearance and diligent in the discharge of the duties required, including the wearing of the correct company uniform and upkeep of records.
• To achieve a prompt effective response to emergency situations being capable to diagnose faults and initiating action to prevent deterioration in environmental conditions within customers premises.
• To conduct the operation of the contract in a pro-active manner to minimise difficulties with the building environmental systems.
• To ensure that all communication channels are utilised to keep both the client and the Company informed of relevant information.
• To liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers with other disciplines to ensure the efficient operation of the plant / area without disruption to the client.

The Candidate:

• Electrical bias is preferred but not essential
• Prior experience in Commercial Maintenance is essential
• Be a time-served engineer
• Have excellent supervisory experience
• Have great communication skills 
• Hold a Full UK driving licence
