Facilities Contracts Manager
We have an immediate vacancy for a Facilities Contracts Manager or Operations Manager to join a leading facilities management organisation in the North West
This is initially a temporary role with a view to going temp to perm

- Salary £40,000 + £5,200k car allowance bonus + pension

As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for managing a Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract in the North West managing several buildings covering soft services and hard services
Duties include:
- Responsible for financial performance of contract/s and maximise margin
- Financial contract review meetings
- Monthly meetings and reports
- Developing client relationships ans seek out future opportunities
- Managing in house team and subcontractors who are both mobile and static
- Provide technical and admin support to the client and support staff
- Team motivation
- Service delivery in line with contract KPI's/SLA's
- Quality assurance inspections
- Team training and support
- Excellent customer care and service
- Regularly arrange and undertake site audits
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience within a similar role with the Facilities management industry as a Contracts Manager or opertions manager
- Good communicator
- Statuary regulations and compliance knowledge
- IOSH
- Knowledge of working at height/IPAF/PASMA
- Knowledge of statuary requirements and current legislation
- In-depth knowledge and experience in building services
