Our client a UK-leading Building Services business is recruiting a Mobile Gas Engineer to join their team in Bristol to cover Commercial and Domestic contracts namely public houses.

Purpose of the role:

To carry out PPM's and minor works repairs on equipment such as Commercial and Domestic Boiler installations, motors, pumps, ventilation plant and associated equipment.

Main duties:

• Periodic Maintenance of Commercial and Domestic Gas Boilers
• Periodic Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical equipment, control panels and switch frames
• Correct and timely completion of paperwork according to company policy, and procedure
• Respond to reactive works in l i ne with our contracted response times
• Provide engineering condition reports and quotations
• Delivery of service excellence with good customer interface skills
• Respond to reactive works requests as required to include Mechanical and Electrical repairs, and minor installations

The candidate:

• ACoP for Commercial and Domestic Gas , Oftec Oil , and Competent Fault finding on BMS and Control Systems, .
• Commercially  astute
• Knowledge of Cyclical Maintenance, Task Based Systems
• Organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail both verbal & written
• Team player, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Demonstrate competence in all areas of your primary trade with valid certification
• Essential, minimum of 1 trade qualification
• Desirable, Minor building / fabric items : Controls, Hydraulics, Pneumatics
