Our client is looking for a maintenance assistant to join their estates team..

The Role:


  • Flushing taps
  • Water checks
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Basic Joinery
  • Painting

The Person:


  • You will have some experience of working in a maintenance role
  • You will be a good communicator
  • You will be required to have a standard DBS
