Salary/package:
- Permanent, full-time - 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- £23,000 per annum basic

The role:
We are recruiting a Billing Administrator to join our client's team working with their local County Council. Within the role, you can enjoy family-friendly policies, Green car schemes, and Cycle to Work schemes.
Responsibilities:
As a Billing Administrator, you'll be working within the facilities management team, supporting the operational and office-based teams working on the contracts.
Your day-to-day will include:
Creating and invoicing applications
Creating invoice packs, downloading worksheets, invoices & back-ups
Looking into queries submitted by the client, assisting with loading credit purchase agreements
Adhoc tasks to assist in other areas of the business as and when required
The ideal candidate:
You have proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
You can work in a fast-moving environment
You have experience working in an office environment, particularly with contract and customer/client systems
