300 North - Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

1) The Promoter of this competition is 300 North Consulting Ltd (Registered in England & Wales No. 9436224) whose registered office is at Suite 2b, North Lane House, North Lane, Headingley, Leeds, LS6 3HG (Us/We).
2) The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of 300 North and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3) By entering this competition, you (an Entrant) are confirming your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4) We shall have the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, and any change shall be effective immediately upon being posted to this webpage.
5) Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via http://www.300northrecruit.co.uk/MrPotatoHead. The 'chance to win' competition will be run on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram social media platforms.
6) You are responsible for ensuring that any entry into the competition complies with (i) all applicable legislation and (ii) the rules, policies and procedures in place at your place of work or such location in which you take the relevant photograph. We do not accept responsibility for any loss, claim, damage, cost or liability suffered or incurred by you as a result of you breaching (i) any applicable legislation or (ii) any such rules, policies and procedures.
7) The closing date for entries is 31st July 2019. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8) The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
• For a chance to win, post a picture of your Mr or Mrs Potato Head at work on the Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram social media platforms tagged with #300NorthRecruit
• After the closing date, we will choose a random Winner from all valid entries.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
9) The available prize is one Fitbit Charge 3. The prize is as stated and no cash alternative will be offered.
10) The prize is not transferable, is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
11) We are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party connected with this competition.
12) Whilst we warrant that the prize shall be brand new and in retail condition, we accept no liability for any defect, deficiency or malfunction of the prize at any time or for any losses suffered or incurred by you or any third party as a result of using the prize.
13) We will notify the Winner by email and/or direct message on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick an alternative Winner at random.
14) We will notify the Winner of when and where the prize can be collected or how it shall be delivered.
15) The Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as a copy of their entry.

17) This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with (i) Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram (ii) Fitbit Inc or (iii) Hasbro, Playskool or any other holder of intellectual property rights relating to Mr Potato Head or Mrs Potato Head.

19) Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20) Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude any liability which we may not limit or exclude by law.
21) The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
