Role: Mobile M&E Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: Woking & The Home Counties
Salary: £39,000 – £44,000 per annum based on ability to supervise.

Package:
· Overtime after 40 hours – 1.5x. Sunday 2x

· 10/20% of the work in the inner city, not the city of London.

Our client:
Our client, a leading AC provider is currently looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join their rapidly growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Undertake all Maintenance on site that is Mechanical and plumbing work.
• Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion.
• Confident dealing with day-to-day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Types of work includes repairing/replacing: Taps, radiators, valves, pipework, water heaters toilets, basins etc.
• Must be able to do minor fabric, electrical and basic building services maintenance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
• Relevant Plumbing Qualification to level 2 minimum
• F-gas of benefit but not essential
• Good understanding of fabric maintenance
• Confident working to deadlines
• Full, clean driving licence
