Role: Mobile M&E Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: Woking & The Home Counties
Salary: £39,000 – £44,000 per annum based on ability to supervise.
Package:
· Overtime after 40 hours – 1.5x. Sunday 2x
· Company Pension
· Van and Fuel Card provided
· 20 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
· Plenty of Overtime
· Optional On call rota
· 10/20% of the work in the inner city, not the city of London.
Our client:
Our client, a leading AC provider is currently looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join their rapidly growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Undertake all Maintenance on site that is Mechanical and plumbing work.
- Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion.
- Confident dealing with day-to-day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Types of work includes repairing/replacing: Taps, radiators, valves, pipework, water heaters toilets, basins etc.
- Must be able to do minor fabric, electrical and basic building services maintenance.

Skills & Qualifications:- Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
- Relevant Plumbing Qualification to level 2 minimum
- F-gas of benefit but not essential
- Good understanding of fabric maintenance
- Confident working to deadlines
- Full, clean driving licence
