£34,000 per annum based on 40 hours

Door to door travel

Package:

• Van and fuel card (VW Transporter and can be used for private use)
• Overtime paid after 45 hours
• Saturday time and half
• Double time after 8pm Mon-Fri & after 12 PM Saturday & Sunday
• Call out 1 in 6
• Door-to-door call out, double time after 8 PM plus standing payment
• 23 days holiday plus 8 days stat

Our client, a leading FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis to cover a specific retail contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all planned and reactive Fabric Maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for a truly multi-skilled Engineer to join a busy organisation

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Undertake all Maintenance on multiple commercial contracts
• Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
• Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
• Good understanding of building services/mechanical maintenance
• Confident working to tight deadlines
• Full, clean driving licence
