Maintenance Electrician - Site-based
Package:
- £38,000 per annum
- 4 days on 4 days off (7 am to 7 pm)
- 4 nights on 4 nights off pattern (7 pm - 7 am)
- 23 days holiday

An opportunity has come up with a large company for an experienced maintnenance electrician (static).
Working on a large hospital in Leicester you will be completing all the planned and reactive maintenance across the site's electrical kit.
Working as part of a team, you will cover a shift pattern that covers days and nights. 4 days on 4 days off - 4 nights on 4 nights off
Duties:
- Working as part of a team to provide all planned and reactive building maintenance across the hospital site
- Provide technical guidance, assistance, and information to other members of the maintenance team
- Managing a small team, out of working hours
- Carry out electrical and other basic repairs, testing, and inspection of services, plant, and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and procedures
- Electrical systems include lighting, wiring, sockets, alarms, BMS
- Basic mechanical and fabric duties on occasion as required by the client to create a positive customer experience (although there are mechanical engineers and maintenance assistants to specialise in these works primarily)

Qualifications:
- Qualified time served Maintenance electrician
- 18th Edition
- Either City and Guilds or NVQ in Electrical Engineering
- Large site work experieince desirable but not essential
- Cross Trade experience is advantageous and candidates must be willing to work on other areas of maintenance as required by the client.
