Project Manager

3 months contract 

Equivalent hourly rate £44K

Newcastle


Our client is looking for a project manager to work with their business until April 2023.

 

The Role

You will be managing packages of work including:-


  • Fire Door schemes
  • replacement of sub station doors
  • oversee installation and refurbishment of lifts
  • Overseeing contractors carrying out works on site

Qualifications & Experience

HND or HNC in building studies and /or relevant experience
