Salary:
£32k - £35k per annum based on 40 hours door to door travel
Package:
- Van and fuel card (VW Transporter and can be used for private use)
- Overtime paid after 45 hours
- Saturday time and half
- Double time after 8pm Mon-Fri & after 12 PM Saturday & Sunday
- Call out 1 in 6
- Door-to-door call out, double time after 8 PM plus standing payment
- 23 days holiday plus 8 days stat
- Van and fuel card

- All test equipment, power tools and access equipment supplied
Our client, a leading FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis to cover a specific retail contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all planned and reactive Fabric Maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for a truly multi-skilled Engineer to join a busy organisation
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake all Maintenance on multiple commercial contracts
- Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
- Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
- Good understanding of building services/mechanical maintenance
- Confident working to tight deadlines
- Full, clean driving licence
