Our client is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team based in Pudsey, Leeds.

The role:

• Supporting clients with all incoming queries, via telephone and email
• Ensure clients and client portals are kept up to date
• Planning and scheduling all planned preventative maintenance visits
• Processing engineers and sub-contractors planned preventative maintenance paperwork and action as required.
• Managing sub-contractors to ensure they follow procedures
• Logging and managing quoted works
• Assisting contract manager as required

The Successful Candidate must have:

• Good customer service skills
• Experience or familiarity with a computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) system.
• The appetite to learn and take on new challenges, a proactive approach, and good time management skills
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be IT literate and very competent with all basic Microsoft office programmes
• Be a team player with the ability to work independently

The Successful Candidate will desirably have:

• Experience working in facilities, maintenance, and/or property maintenance or management
• Some knowledge of accounting would be useful but is not essential
