Maintenance Joiner

Newcastle

£16 - £18 per hour

5 month contract (start Nov 2022)

37.5 hours

Our client is looking for a joiner to join their estates department based in Newcastle.

The Role

You will be required to join the estates department and undertake planned maintenance

Duties Include:-


  • Joinery repairs
  • Door Ironmongery( door closures, locks, fittings etc..)
  • Flooring
  • Roof repairs
  • Furniture & equipment assembly and repair
  • Window repairs & replacements
  • Periodic inspection of fire doors, panic bars
  • Installation and fixing of all types of ceilings

The Person


  • You must be times served NVQ level 3
  • You must have maintenance experience
  • Clean UK Driving licence
  • Standard DBS required
