Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading and growing Facilities Management Company as one of their Account Managers in Thetford.

You will be responsible for running the Total Facilties Management of the contract, with full P&L responsibility.

Basic details are;

As a Facilities management Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a Total facilities Management contract within the East Anglia region

Duties

Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures that ensure the efficient conduct of the contracts
Full responsibility for profit & loss across the contracts
Preparation of statutory reports, returns statistics and accounts etc.
Lead, grow and develop a team
Ensure the company fulfils their obligations in line with the facilities contract
Maximise business development opportunities
Monitor and implement all quality assurance aspects of each operating company's services to the project.

Person Specification

Experience Managing TFM on a contact
Experience as an account manager witjin facilities
Experience managing Full P&L on a contract
Proven track record of leading and managing teams on an Facilities Management (FM) Contract
