Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading and growing Facilities Management Company as one of their Account Managers in Thetford.
You will be responsible for running the Total Facilties Management of the contract, with full P&L responsibility.

As a Facilities management Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a Total facilities Management contract within the East Anglia region
Duties
- Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures that ensure the efficient conduct of the contracts
- Full responsibility for profit & loss across the contracts
- Preparation of statutory reports, returns statistics and accounts etc.
- Lead, grow and develop a team
- Ensure the company fulfils their obligations in line with the facilities contract
- Maximise business development opportunities
- Monitor and implement all quality assurance aspects of each operating company's services to the project.
Person Specification
- Experience Managing TFM on a contact
- Experience as an account manager witjin facilities
- Experience managing Full P&L on a contract
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams on an Facilities Management (FM) Contract
