Estates Manager
We are currently recruiting for an immediately available Estates Manager to oversee 4 sites, 3 in the Leeds area and one remote site in the south for a 6 month temporary role.

The buildings in the estate are prestigious and comprise some really exciting an engaging building types and functions- something a bit out of the ordinary!
You will be manging a small maintenance team, as well as keeping the buildings compliant and running to a high standard, this will encompass strategy for the growth of the overall estate, looking for an engaging in opportunities to better utilise and widen the portfolio,
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Extensive Facilities Management experience
- Managing a portfolio of buildings previously
- Strong health and safety knowledge - qualification desirable
- Experience with capital projects / procurement
- Previously managed multiple stakeholders
- Strategic thinker
- Grass roots attitude - able to help in all areas as needed
