Interim opportunity for a Technical Assistant Facilities Manager
This is initially an interim contract with a view to becoming more permanent so we ae looking for someone ideally immediately available within a week or two

As an Assistant Facilities Manager you will be responsible for interacting with the hard services facilities Management team ensuring contract compliance
Duties include:
- Technical compliance and monitoring
- Client liaison and regular client meetings and updated reports
- FM delivery focus
- Building relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
- Electrical or Mechanical qualification or extensive building services knowledge including technical compliance
- Excellent communications skills and relationship building skills
- Worked within a large complex estate
- PFI knowledge (advantage)
- Healthcare experience (Essential)
