Facilities Management Contract Manager

• 3-4 months Fixed term Contract (possible permanent opportunity)
• TFM contract

• Public sector premises experience preferred but not essential
• Salary £38,000 - £40,000 + mileage

We have a fantastic  opportunity for a Contract Manager on a Fixed Term basis for 3- 4 months in Epsom Surrey on a Facilities Management contract.

As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for managing a Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract in Epsom across multiple buildings managing M&E engineers and soft services including cleaners, rounds etc..

This is a 3- 4 month fixed term contract but could turn in to a permanent role also.

Duties include:

• Responsible for financial performance of contract/s and maximise margin
• Financial contract review meetings
• Flexible 
• Monthly meetings and reports
• Developing client relationships ans seek out  future opportunities
• Managing  in house team and subcontractors who are both mobile and static
• Provide technical and admin support to the client and support staff
• Service delivery  in line with contract KPI’s/SLA’s
• Quality assurance inspections 
• Team training and support
• Excellent  customer care and service
• Regularly arrange and undertake site audits

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience within a similar role with the Facilities management industry  as a Contracts Manager
• Managed multiple buildings within a contract
• Good communicator
• Statuary regulations and compliance knowledge
• Managing ISOH Certificate
• CSCS Card
• Knowledge of working at height/IPAF/PASMA
• Knowledge of statuary requirements and current legislation
• In-depth knowledge and experience in building services
