Double time paid after 8pm Mon-Fri & after 12pm Saturday & Sunday,

Our client, a growing FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a fully multi-skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis to cover a banking contract. You will be required to cover London boroughs north of Thames, Essex, and enter the city.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all planned and reactive Fabric Maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for a truly multi-skilled Engineer to join a busy organisation

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Undertake all Maintenance on commercial contracts
• Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
• Confident dealing with day-to-day issues on-site and ensuring your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
• Provide reactive support as well as planned maintenance activities
• Complete any assigned works to a high standard as required
• Customer focused and able to communicate effectively and professionally
• Ability to read Engineering diagrams and drawings
• Understanding of Health and Safety Procedures and legislation and safe working practices
• Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
• Ability to fault-find and problem solve

Skills and experience required:

• Recognised trade qualifications (NVQ/BTEC/C&G).
• Proficient in Painting and decorating - Carpentry - Plastering - Plumbing
• Experience working as a Mobile Fabric Engineer within the building services industry
• Current UK Driving License
