We have a great opportunity for an Operations Director to join a leading Facilities Management Organisation covering PFI contracts across the North West.

As the Operations Director you will be responsible for driving significant organic growth as well as delivery and development of FM solutions within your region.

Duties of the role

• Managing a P&L ensuring financial performance is achieved to meet agreed targets
• Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for developing an efficient organizational structure, strategy setting, client relationship building, business development and project management
• Develop challenging but achievable budgets for the operations including profit improvement plans for the project
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Customers generating value and ensuring long-term business opportunities for the region
• Work with the Business Development Team to develop objectives, pipeline and specific opportunities
• Leading and directing Operational leads throughout the region to ensure the business operates to a performance culture, with continuous improvement and increased employee engagement

Candidate/Role Requirements

• Significant experience operating at Director level delivering PFI FM Solutions, ideally in multiple sectors
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen with experience of running P&L consisting of multiple clients / stakeholders
• Appreciation of the Energy and FM market including next steps solutions
• An understanding of the use of data and breakthrough technologies
• Excellent presentation, influencing and motivation skills
• A people leader with experience of working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team in a matrixed organisation
