Senior Quantity Surveyor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Facilities Management organisation and be part of a passionate Capital Projects Team and assist on a portfolio of predominantly recladding high-rise building projects based in London offering long-term growth opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio with values ranging from £2 million to £9 million
- Responsible for commercially managing all aspects of these opportunities / projects
- Manage the client account, effectively manage costs, drive profitability, and manage risk in a safe, effective & ethical manner
- Oversee the appointment and management of subcontractors for successful delivery of cost, quality and duration
- Have accountability for pricing of additional works and resolve any contractual issues from the client and supply chain
Role/Candidate Requirements
- Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification; have membership of, or working towards, a relevant professional qualification or chartered status;
- Solid experience relevant to the commercial management of multi-discipline projects
- Extensive commercial / procurement management experience that can be implemented in projects; and can demonstrate good general Construction, Health & Safety legislation knowledge and best practices
- Expertise in cladding and envelope construction is desirable but not essential
