Technical Manager (Electrical)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join a leading Asset Management consultancy on a national role covering PFI contracts across the UK.

- Home based with nationwide travel when required

- Up to £70,000 + competitive pension and benefits

Duties of the role
- Provide a range of technical support and additional services solutions to the SPV and Consultancy teams from an electrical bias
- Identification and communication of technical issues, and provision of short-term support across projects
- Perform targeted audits of Hard FM Service Provision on behalf of Clients
- Coordinate external support to Projects and external Clients, providing direction to external consultant
- Assist in the identification and development of solutions for enhancing the delivery of Hard FM.
Candidate/Role Requirements
- Experience in asset management on long term complex PFI projects
- Quality Assurance
- Electrical installation or maintenance experience
- Experience in the delivery of hard FM and project/estates management services to complex environments
- Extensive knowledge of statutory regulations, technical standards, guidance, and techniques relevant for the delivery of asset management activities
- Electrical engineering and operational knowledge in complex electrical systems
- Working experience within a PFI environment is desirable but not essential
