Our client is looking for a maintenance joiner to join their team to carry out maintenance across the estate.
The Role
You will be required to join the estates department and undertake planned maintenance, breakdown repairs and new installation work within the premises.
Duties Include:-- Joinery repairs
- Door Ironmongery( door closures, locks, fittings etc..)
- Flooring
- Roof repairs
- Furniture & equipment assembly and repair
- Window repairs & replacements
- Periodic inspection of fire doors, panic bars
- Installation and fixing of all types of ceilings
The Person
- You must be times served NVQ level 3
- You must have maintenance experience
- Clean UK Driving licence
- Standard DBS required
