Contract Support Administrator
Salary:
£20,000 per annum
Package:
25 days holiday plus 8 days statutory bank holidays
Monday - Friday

KEY PURPOSE
- To support and assist Operation Managers with administration duties, as required. General purpose: Responsible for ensuring that all process and procedures appertaining to general office practices are always adhered to in line with company directives and client needs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.
Interact with staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors.
Manage email inboxes.
Issue responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Perform general administrative duties.
Provide support to the Maintenance team on the raising and closing of reactive & PPM jobs.
Update/utilise internal and external software systems.
Provide support to update engineer matrices and the associated documentation.
Manage the equipment calibration process.
Provide administrative support to other areas of the business as and when required.
Attend team meetings and produce subsequent minutes / actions.
Where applicable, answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
To take reasonable care for the health & safety of yourself and of other persons.
Carry out other duties consistent with the job-holder's knowledge and skills which are necessary for the satisfactory completion of contracts or business goals.

COMPETENCIES
Essential - GCSE grade C/level 4 or above in Maths/ English.
Desirable - Relevant vocational/academic business admin qualification
Essential - Phone experience
Essential - previous administrative experience.
Essential - Good level of IT competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
