Facilities Manager
Middlesbrough
Temp to Perm
Salary Equivalent £30-35k depending upon experience.
Vehicle supplied once the role goes permanent
Our client is looking for an experience Facilities Manager to join their team based in the Middlesbrough area covering commercial contracts.
The Role
- To oversee the site managers and caretakers on sites ( 7 in total)
- To look after inhouse compliance
- To support the minor works contracts
- Deal with all planned maintenance and lifecycle maintenance
- Act as main point of contact to Client and customers
- Awareness of contractual obligations
The Person & Qualifications
- A strong facilities management background
- Experience of working on PFI projects
- From an engineering or fabric background with experience in hard services.
