Drainage Engineer


Salary:


£30,000 - £40,000


Package:


25 days holiday plus 8 statutory bank holidays


40 hour week


Van and fuel card provided


1 in 6 call out (excellent standing rates, call out rates and door to door)


Overtime rates:


Over 40 hours at time plus 1/2


Saturdays at time plus 1/2


Sundays at double time


Good performance bonus


Our client is recruiting a Drainage Engineer on a full-time permanent basis, to join their growing team, based in and around London attending Office blocks and Schools.


The role:



  • Working within the commercial customer sector our client relies on good engineers to represent and support their customers needs.

  • Visiting sites to carry out drainage repairs (office blocks and schools)

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and adhere to best working practices at all times following processes laid down by the Health and Safety policy

  • CCTV surveys

  • High pressure water jetting

  • Electro Mechanical coring

  • Carrying out quotes

  • Drain lining and patches

  • Small excavations

  • Basic Plumbing


The person:



  • You should live within London and the South East

  • Have good experience in domestic and commercial drainage.

  • You must have proven experience in the industry

  • Be flexible and reliable

  • Full DBS check will be required
