Senior Project Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a friendly and professional Facilities Management Organisation working on a PFI contract based in Swindon.
As the Project Manager, you will be managing the relationships between the clients, users, and the service providers.

Duties of the role
- Procurement and management of Life Cycle works
- Management of large construction variations on PFI contracts
- Procurement and management of smaller variation works as required
- Management and resolution of Construction Defects
- Risk identification, monitoring and management
- Programme management
- Protection of Project Company investment
- Maintenance of records and preparation of reports
Candidate/Role Requirements
- Previous Project Management experience on a facilities management contract
- Previous experience and knowledge of working within a PFI environment
- Ability to solve problems in complex environments
- Computer literate across the Microsoft suite and project management software packages
- Good communication skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in an easily understandable and persuasive manner
- Strong report writing skills
- Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail
