Project Manager
South West London
£300 per day
Immediate Requirement
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in South West London. This is to cover 2 healthcare projects.
The Role
- You will be liaising with stakeholders and be able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Overseeing and working across 2 hospitals
- Writing programmes of works.
- Attending client meetings
- Analysis of condition surveys and evaluations
- Writing reports
- Overseeing site managers on both sites to ensure works are being carried out in accordance with the contract.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree qualified in surveying/project management/construction or equivalent experience.
- SMSTS
- CSCS black
- You may have come from a site management background
- PFI experience would be beneficial
