Quantity Surveyor
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Facilities Management Organisation based in the Northwest with the flexibility of home working providing excellent work life balance.

£40000 - £45,000 Car/Allowance + Healthcare

As the Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside project managers, clients and delivery partners working on a range of projects from demolition to refurbishments to fit out. You'll need to be a people person, capable of getting the very best out of design team and construction partners, while managing the expectations of local authority clients.
Duties
- Oversee multiple projects at any one time
- Manage the client's expectation in relation to cost
- Be accountable for the overall success of the project
- Be a key person within our team
- Self-manage your own workload
Qualifications/Requirements
- Degree Qualified
- RICS qualified preferred but not essential
- Commercial understanding of JCT contracts (most of our work is on this form)
- Understand risk
- Ability to get the best from everyone you engage with
- A genuinely nice person with a can-do attitude
