Asset Surveyor
We are recruiting for an Asset Assessment Surveyor Asset Assessment Surveyor to join a leading facilities
Management Organisation based in Cheshire.

You will have a full valid UK and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Duties
- Undertake stock condition surveys on our clients existing operational and school building portfolio.
- To update the current stock condition information on handheld software updating central records in real time.
- To ensure coding structures are suitable to enable all asset components to be uniquely identified and prioritised
- You will be mainly working alone and managing your own diary so will need to have an excellent work ethic.
Qualifications
- A technical background to understand building fabric, electrical and mechanical systems.
- HNC or equivalent in either a building, mechanical or electrical discipline.
- Awareness of CDM2015 and relevant responsibilities.
