IOT Sales Account Director
We have an exciting opportunity to work with a growing division within a large technical services organisation as an IOT Sales & Account Director to maintain and grow their SMART building technical solutions software to driving greater value from their clients assets and enhancing building systems
This is a hybrid role consisting of Internet Of Things technology , Facilities Management and energy /carbon reduction propositions, the client base would consist of real estates, health education central government, large corporate estates. A huge potential for expansion and exploring new markets
Summary:
- IOT Sales Account Director
- UK wide Remote working is feasible

- Energy, building systems, BMS, HVAC, Smart technology, software sales, carbon performance
The remit covers:
- Smart Buildings technology integration encompassing software integration and IoT
- Site integration and interface solutions including BMS, Metering, Asset control and utility connections
- A digital technology platform that integrates 3rd party systems into a single application-based platform
The IOT Sales Account Director is responsible for developing and leading a portfolio of client accounts and is responsible for the growth, management, retention of the accounts.
The IOT Sales Account Director will partner with executive level clients to grow the Design, Projects and SaaS based products for a range of customer segments.
Experience/Background required:
- Technical solutions sales background
- Experience with medium to large contract values
- Knowledge of Real estate market
- Sales & development experience
- Tenders & bids
- High level of commercial acume
- Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate Market
- A sales leadership background where you have driven sales performance through a team
- Experience of up-selling and cross selling into strategic accounts
- Experience of working on tenders and bid proposals
- Ability to travel across England and rest of UK as required (and allows).
- Experience of digital marketing, search engine, display and/or social marketing preferred to drive market awareness
