Facilities Account Manager
We are recruiting for a Facilities Account Manager to work on a contract in London to oversee a range of Total FM operations across various PFI schools with a turnover of circa £8-10millon.

Duties
- Ensure that the operations are legally and contractually compliant and represent excellence in service deliver.
- Manage at a local level the relationship between the key stakeholders including the SPV General Manager and the key operational client contacts.
- Ensure high quality service delivery across the range of services provided
- Ensure financial performance is achieved on the contract to meet agreed targets for turnover, profit and cash collection
- Ensure a sound commercial understanding of the contractual deliverables across the contracts
- Work with the senior management team and Client to develop and agree strategies that meet the service provision demands, in line with the PFI contract and company objectives.
- Ensure effective working relationships with internal and external customers to maximise operational excellence and growth opportunity.
- Ensure development of direct reports, and wider team, using regular reviews and training.
- Ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment, and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe environment for all employees, the client and patients.
Qualifications
- FM experience within public sector organisations within a PFI environment
- Good commercial/financial acumen and a proven track record in managing a P&L
- Experience of leading high performing and engaged teams and building strong relationships (internal and external)
- Proven management experience and the ability to drive organic growth through innovative FM solutions.
- A hard FM background is desirable but most important is the ability to drive improvements and the ability to enable teams to deliver an excellent level of customer service.
