M&E Estimator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical and Electrical Estimator to join a leading Facilities Management Organisation based on a contract in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
You will be responsible for pricing up general M&E works up to the value of £250k on several different Commercial Properties working to a schedule of rates.

Qualifications/Role Requirements
- Mechanical or Electrical Qualified
- Previous experience pricing M&E works on commercial properties
- Experience pricing jobs using a schedule of rates
- Excellent Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislations with regards to the build environment
- Excellent administration and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work loads
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal/written instructions
- Full clean driving is license essential
- Clear enhanced DBS
