Project Manager
We have an exciting opportunity working for a leading Facilities Management Organisation, for a Project Manager in Wakefield West Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates that have come from a facilities management environment and has worked on pricing and packaging projects.
Duties of the Role
- Managing multiple small works projects at any one time
- Reviewing cost estimations and putting together pricing packages
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, to scope and within budget
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders at all levels
- Completion of scheduled work
- Ensuring projects are adhering to strict health & safety regulations
Requirements/Qualifications
- Candidates must have previous experience managing projects on a Facilities Management contract
- Good knowledge of the build environment
- Exceptional organisational and methodical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior stakeholders
