Site Manager Temporary

Weaversham

2 months minimum

£200 per day

Our client requires a site manager to oversee a re roofing, window and boiler replacement schemes on schools in and around Chester.

The Role


  • Managing sub contractors working on a roofing contract
  • Inductions
  • Tool box talks
  • Ensuring health & safety file is kept up to date on site and that the workplace is safe to work in.
  • Managing the site
  • Ensuring work is being completed to specification

Qualifications:


  • Experience of working as a site manager in previous roles is essential
  • IT literate
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Gold Card minimum
  • 1st Aid
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Driver and own car

You will be required to use your own lap top and mobile phone as and when required.

An enhanced DBS will be required for this contract so advantageous if you already have one.
