Facilities Management Contract Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join a leading Facilities Management organisation in Suffolk.
As a contract Administrator you who will be responsible for undertaking and leading a wide range of projects within the Healthcare and Education sector.

- £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) + Car Allowance

Duties will include:
- Preparing of Key Deliverables and associated audits
- Reviewing & managing Sub Contracts
- Financial modelling support for bidding
- Providing operational advice and support
- Collating commercial templates and reporting
- Risk Management reporting
- Managing Early Warning and Compensation Event processes
- Managing critical subcontractors
- Data Analysis and management
The suitable candidate must:
- Have suitable commercial experience within a Facilities Management industry
- Be educated to degree / diploma level.
- Experience of contract management of technical services contracts using the NEC3 form of contract and other forms (advantage not essential)
- Contract management processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical, commercial and negotiating skills;
- Possess a desire to develop a career within Commercial Management
- Be an excellent communicator
- Possess excellent financial acumen with an ability to analyse complex data and documentation with accuracy
- Have experience of negotiating with internal and external stakeholders at various levels on commercial issues
- Possess an understanding of risk analysis/management
- Be PC Literate with knowledge of MS applications e.g. Word and advanced Excel skills and / or visual basic experience
- Display thorough knowledge and experience of Business Assurance systems.
