Salary up to £33,600 + Van & Fuel Card
Our client a Growing Electrical Services provider based in the West Midlands, are looking to recruit a qualified Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover the Midlands with occasional travel nationally, to join their highly trained and experienced Building Maintenance team.
The ideal candidate will need to be passionate about high standards and dedicated to giving each customer an excellent service.
The Mobile Maintenance Electrician role requires the ability to work in an everchanging fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible as there will be travel in this job so knowing the importance of self-motivation and a positive attitude is a must.
The Role:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements
- Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation.
- Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
- Review maintenance work orders and ensure all requirements/preparations are fully undertaken before commencing work
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements
- Running tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
- Inspecting electrical systems and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
- Fault finding and diagnosis.
- Reviewing maintenance work orders and ensure all requirements/preparations are fully undertaken before commencing work
- Ensuring all accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformances are fully reported
The Candidate:
- Level 3 NVQ Electrical installations qualification
- 18 TH Edition qualified (Desirable 17 th edition will be considered)
- Full UK driving license
- Prior experience in Commercial and Domestic Electrical Maintenance
- 2391 Inspection and Testing Certificate (Essential)
- Fire alarm experience (Desirable)
The Package:
- £17.50 per hour
