Fire Alarm Engineer
Newcastle
£32 - 35k depending on experience plus vehicle & benefits
My client is looking for an expereince electrician who has a strong background in fire alarm installation. This will be working across commercial properties in the North East.
The Role:
- You will be required to carry out installations and commissioning of both addressable and conventional Fire Alarms.
- Servicing, fault-finding and maintaining addressable and conventional Fire alarm systems, Emergency lighting and Fire extinguishers to a varied customer base.
- Testing Emergency lighting systems..
- Additional electrical duties may be required.
Experience and qualifications
- You must have a minimum of 2 years expereince in working on fire alarm installations.
- Knowledge of BS5839 & BS5266.
- FIA Accreditation (desired but not essential)
- Knowledge of Morley, C-Tec, Advanced. Notifier, Kentec and Protec equipment is preferred but not essential
