Facilities Manager
We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract, to join a leading Facilities Management Organisation in London.
As the Facilities Manager you will responsible for managing the hard and soft services of a portfolio of commercial offices across London.

Duties of the role
- Responsibility for office relocations and internal moves.
- Responsible for Health & Safety in the office, including the preparation and authorisation of risk assessments/method statements (RAMS), DSE assessments, contractor’s compliance, accident and incident reporting; evacuation procedures, first aid etc.
- Managing a wide range of professional facilities services, including building maintenance, floor plans and moves, attending tenants’ meetings, post room, reception etc.
- Responsible for facilities contracts, including routine and reactive maintenance, cleaning, archiving, stationery, vending etc.
- Responsible for the facilities budget and always ensuring compliance and delivering targets.
- Direct line manager responsibility duties including general workload and resource management, performance management, personal development reviews and other HR related matters as they arise.
- Ensuring all requests sent to facilities are answered by team members in a timely and professional manner
Role Requirements
- IWFM (or equivalent) Qualification
- NEBOSH Qualification
- DSE Assessor Qualification
- Previous facilities experience at management level
- Experience in delivering office relocations and internal move
- Full understanding and experience in managing all aspects of Health and Safety within the workplace
