Site Manager
Cheshire West
£180 per day
3 months minimum ( start date 15th March 2021)
Our client requires a site manager to join their projects team in West Cheshire to oversee contracts on schools and public buildings.
The Role
- Managing sub contractors working on site
- Inductions
- Tool box talks
- Ensuring health & safety file is kept up to date on site and that the workplace is safe to work in.
- Managing the site
- Ensuring work is being completed to specification
Qualifications:
- Experience of working as a site manager in previous roles is essential
- SMSTS
- CSCS Gold Minimum
- 1st Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- Driver and own car
You will be requires to use your own lap top and mobile phone as and when required.
An enhanced DBS will be required for this contract so advantageous if you already have one.
