Site Manager
- Location: Cardiff
- up to £250 per day
- 10 hours per day
- Immediate Start
Our client requires an experienced site manager to work on an internal refurbishment in Cardiff.
This contract is running for 6 month
The Role
- Overseeing sub contractors working on the internal refurbishment of offices
- Ensuring H&S is adhered to on site at all times.
- Issuing work permits
- Tool box talks
- Resolving issues on site
- Reporting directly into a project manager who is covering a number of sites.
The Person
You will be immediately available
You will be an experienced site manager.
Able to work on own or as part of a team, reporting directly into the project manager.
You will be required to use your own lap top initially and mobile phone.
Qualifications
- CSCS Black
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- BPSS security check required
