Maintenance Electrician
- 2 month contract
- Stockton
- January start
- £15 per hour
Our client is looking for a maintenance electrician to work across Middlesbrough and Stockton on commercial projects on a 2 month contract.
The Role
- To ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards.
- Provide small project and installation work
- To undertake planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance work across school sites.
- To undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the healthcare objectives of the client
- To operate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH,
- Update PPM records and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure accurate reference data
- To ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment and tools
- To provide mobile support to satellite sites as necessary
- To report all accidents and incidents as appropriate
Qualifications & Experience
- Time served electrician
- 18th Edition
- Enhanced DBS required - client will pay for this if required
- Full driving license
- Experience of working in commercial settings in schools, universities or hospitals.
