We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management Organisation for a Water Treatment Regional Technical Manager to work on a water treatment contracts in the South East/ South West of England

• £48000 - £50000 plus car/ car allowance

As the Technical Manager you will have overall accountability and operational responsibility for all directly delivered Water treatment activities within the region.

Duties

• Ensure delivery of M&E remedial works, and other service streams
• Ensure all contracts achieve contractual compliance regarding PPMs and reactive remedial works
• Continually review processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Ensure all additional and Subcontracted Works have Site Specific RAMS produced and reviewed prior to the execution of work
• Ensure all subcontracted works have relevant insurances, training certification.
• Ensure Toolbox Talks, SPV’s Don’t Walk by and Safety Stand downs are completed and documented
• Carry out monthly meetings with the Water Authorising  Engineer/s
• Reviewing budgets
• P&L management across all contracts within the region relating to the Water Treatment Business Unit
• Management and Development on both Internal and External Water Treatment Contracts

Qualifications/Role Requirements

• Previous management experience on a water treatment contract
• Technical Water treatment background
• Membership of the Institute of Water desirable
• Proficient level of IT skills
• Ability to effectively work under pressure
• Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing
