Facilities Site Supervisor/Manager
- Ashton Under Lyne
- £15 per hour
- 3 month contract
- Immediate start
Our client is looking for a facilities site supervisor/ manager to join their team on a 3 months contract to cover a schools contract.
The role
- You will be required to oversee subcontractors on site carrying out planned works.
- You will have experenece of working on a PFI contract.
- To assist the management team in ensuring that the health and safety responsibilities for the site are met, including reviewing and implementing emergency procedures, checking equipment, ensuring statutory electrical testing takes place and participating in and following up Health and Safety inspections.
- To prepare risk assessments relating to site supervisor duties and other activities, to ensure legal requirements are met and safe working practices adhered to.
- To ensure that the facilities and services operate in compliance with Health and Safety legislation and procedures at all times and to report all accidents and incidents as and when required
- To carry out any other duties assigned by the Management Team in connection with RFM's operational requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Desirable - experience of working on PFI contracts
- You must have an enhanced DBS
- You must have experience of oerseeing planned works on site
