Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer ( Electrical bias)
- Ashton Under Lyne
- £15.50 per hour plus van
- 3 month contract
Our client is looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer to join their facilities team covering a number of school sites in the Ashton Under Lyne area.
The Role
- Fire Alarm testing
- Required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the schools
- Carry out basic fault finding and rectification, along with temporary isolation, of the site main fire detection and alarm system.
- You will required to install, maintain, service and repair the electrical systems across the building. .
- Provide technical advice to other maintenance staff and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Be able to turn your hand to other maintenance around the schools ( i.e fixing door frames, locks, plaster patching)
Qualifications & Experience
- Time served electrician
- 18th Edition
- Enhanced DBS required
- Clean driving licence
